17. Does your Services and Programs page describe all the deliverables included, both tangible (books, CD's, MP3's) and non-tangible (seminars, sessions, coaching)? What will they get when they sign up for your services or program? When will they get it? How will they get it? What are the details of the deliverables?
I learned this from Lisa Sasevich who taught me so much about selling authentically. Selling is scary - it forces you to really step out of your comfort zone. The fact is that when you're out there and people are learning from you and enjoying you, some are going to want more of you - be Managed I.T support uttah or products you have to offer. You can "sell" more effortlessly when you make it easy for them to see and take the next step.
Personally, I would avoid this method like the plague. Let's tech support I.T face it. Some 98% of all businesses fail before their tenth year in business. So, if you enter a stock option agreement, you have only 2% chance of emerging as a winner being rewarded for your expertise. I may not be a mathematical genius, but even I know that if I have only 2% chance of reaping the rewards, I had better not take 100% risk when I have only 2% chance of reaping my rewards. It is just not a sexy ratio.
The Managed I.T support uttah answer is YES. I have found in my own experience that Carbon Copy Pro (CCP) covers these three essentials. CCP is a company that can teach anybody to market anything on the Internet.
It also pays to browse through client feedback and testimonials. This will let you know whether previous clients are happy with the services of the company.
I formatted the drive, wiping everything off of it, went to the "backup" utility that appears when the C-Drive Icon is right clicked, and hit ENTER. The entire C-Drive copied itself on my external drive just as if it were a memory stick. It took 5 mins to set up, and was there the whole time. DUH.
